We spend a full hour with you, focus on finding and fixing root causes, and limit our practice to 150–250 patients per doctor so we can actually know you. We also combine medical expertise with nutrition and fitness coaching, something traditional doctors can't or don't do.

Currently, yes. Our doctors are licensed in Texas, so we can only provide medical care to Texas residents. We're working on expanding to other states, but for now we're focused on providing the best possible care to Texans who are tired of the traditional medical system.

We're not a weight loss clinic, we're a performance clinic. Weight loss clinics usually hand out a medication and hope for the best. We focus on building a body that performs: optimizing your metabolism, hormones, training, recovery, and nutrition together. If we identify something that genuinely requires a specialist, we'll refer you and coordinate care so your entire medical team is aligned.
