About Us
Olympus Health exists because two doctors got tired of care that did not make people healthy. Here is what they built instead.

The Journey
We became doctors to help people live better. Not just live longer on a longer list of pills.
We learned fast that pills and procedures are not what keep you healthy over time. Health is built by training, food, movement, rest, and daily habits. You cannot buy it. You build it, with steady effort and a smart plan.
When we worked this way, we saw the change almost right away.
Why We Left
Insurance pays doctors for the number of visits, not for results. We were not fixing problems. We were following orders. We worked for the insurance companies, not for our patients.
Once we saw that the system had taken over our choices and put our patients last, we made the only choice that made sense. We left, and we built something new.
"Visits last 15 minutes, and you get about 2 minutes with the doctor."
"Insurance companies make the medical calls, even when you and your doctor disagree."
"A whole human life gets boiled down to one label and one set plan."
So we built Olympus Health. Here, what the patient needs and wants is the only thing that guides us.
Our Mission
We focus on three things. Together they build a body that works well for life.
Getting your body running right. Blood sugar, insulin, cholesterol, and the hormones that control your weight and energy.
Building strength that lasts. Moving well, getting hurt less, and staying able as you get older.
Getting your hormones right. Testosterone, thyroid, cortisol, and estrogen control energy, sleep, mood, and weight.
Our Philosophy
"Training first. Medicine as backup. Never the other way around."
We plan your training with the same care most doctors save for prescriptions. And we handle medicine with the long view a good coach takes. Putting movement and medicine together is what makes Olympus different from anything else you have tried.
The Team

Texas Licensed Physician · DO
Co-Founder & Physician
How He Practices
He has trained in martial arts since 2009. He does StrongFirst kettlebell training and moves every day. He is a team physician and a martial arts instructor. He juggles training, food, and family life, and he brings that experience straight into your care.
His Story
He started out helping patients avoid diabetes. That grew into helping people train again after a heart attack. He made movement part of the medicine. He teaches patients how to move again.
What Drives Him
"Helping people break free from the limits of long-term illness."

Texas Licensed Physician · DO
Co-Founder & Physician
How He Practices
He lifts weights and trains with kettlebells, barbells, and his own body weight. He also kickboxes and plays sports. His time in the military taught him that being physically able matters, and that shapes how he cares for patients.
His Story
He struggled with his weight through medical school and residency. He got his health back by changing when he ate and by training on a plan. He went through the same steps he now walks patients through.
What Drives Him
"Watching patients reach goals they thought were out of reach."
Service Area
We are licensed in Texas only, so Texans get our full attention. We are working on adding more states. For now we focus on giving the best care we can to people who are tired of the usual medical system.
