About Us
Olympus Health exists because two doctors got tired of practicing medicine that didn't actually create health. This is the story of what they built instead.

The Journey
We became doctors because we wanted to help people live better — not just survive longer on a growing list of medications.
We quickly realized that the biggest drivers of long-term health aren't prescriptions or procedures. Lasting health is built through training, nutrition, movement, recovery, and lifestyle. It's not a procedure to be purchased — it's the product of habits and effort done consistently and intelligently.
When we practiced with this in mind, we almost immediately witnessed the difference.
Why We Left
Insurance-based medicine pays doctors for volume, not outcomes. We weren't solving problems — we were following orders. We weren't working for patients — we were working for payors.
Once we accepted that our autonomy and our patients' best interests had been hijacked by a system built for a totally different purpose, we made the only decision that made sense. We left it behind and built something new.
"15-minute appointments where you only get about 2 minutes with your actual doctor."
"Insurance companies making medical decisions regardless of what you and your doctor want."
"Reducing a multifaceted human life into a single diagnosis and a predefined treatment plan."
So we built Olympus Health — a practice where the patient's needs and goals are the only guiding principle.
Our Mission
We focus on three core areas that, when working together, create the foundation for a body that performs for life.
Getting your body's systems working properly — blood sugar, insulin, cholesterol, and the hormonal environment that controls your weight and energy.
Building strength and capability that lasts — movement quality, injury resilience, and physical competence that doesn't decline with age.
Optimizing the chemical messengers that control everything — testosterone, thyroid, cortisol, and the systems that affect how you feel, think, and perform.
Our Philosophy
"Training first. Medication as strategic support. Never the other way around."
We coach training programs with the diligence traditionally reserved for prescription medications. We manage medications with the same long-term thinking expected of a coach. This marriage of movement and medicine is what makes Olympus different from everything else you've tried.
